We sold the Scamp to the first caller and bought an Escape 19

We are new to camping , and it is a major adjustment living in a small camper which could fit in our dining room.  Follow, our progress on getting our camper ready, travels, camper updates, product reviews and experiences.

Our Scamp as equipped - Scamp 16 is a 2007, sixteen feet long with layout plan 3 (without bathroom)

Equipment: 

• Air conditioning, and power vent fan
• Gas two burner stove
• refrigerator 
• Interior lights (12 volt) converted to LED bulbs

Additions/modifications we have made:

Installed King Jack Antenna

Installed CATV input jack

Installed USB charger port

Installed Marinco Power connection and eliminated mouse hole

Adapted a cutting board as a stove cover

Added 4 " foam and 3" memory foam topper to the bed.

Added 90 degree power cords to avoid mattress contact

Appliances: Microwave, Toaster, Electric fry pan, Keurig coffee maker, for outside cooking we have a propane grill and a Stansport 2 burner stove
